Branding Buffalo, LLC

At Branding Buffalo, LLC, all DTF printing services are custom-made to order. Because of the nature of custom printing, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom Orders & Final Sale

All DTF gang sheets, custom DTF transfers, and printed items are final sale. Once an order has been printed or enters production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Customer-supplied artwork errors (spelling, sizing, layout)

  • Low-resolution or poor-quality files submitted by the customer

  • Color variations due to fabric type, press settings, or monitor differences

  • Incorrect garment application or pressing errors

  • Orders approved or printed as submitted

Customers are responsible for ensuring files are print-ready before submission.


Eligible Issues for Reprint or Refund

We will correct the issue or offer a reprint if the problem is caused by our production error, such as:

  • Incorrect print output not matching the approved file

  • Major defects in print quality

  • Incorrect order fulfillment (wrong product or quantity)

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Rush Fees & Shipping

  • Rush fees are non-refundable

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers are not grounds for refunds
