Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how Branding Buffalo, LLC processes and ships orders for DTF gang sheets and DTF printing services. Please review this information carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

  • Production begins only after payment is received and print-ready files are approved

  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity

Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reputable shipping carriers. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to order approval.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping time begins after production is completed

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the carrier

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or service interruptions

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Rush Orders

  • $50 Rush Fee

  • Rush service prioritizes production but does not guarantee delivery dates

  • Rush availability must be approved before production begins

Shipping costs are separate from rush fees.

Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct shipping address

  • Accurate contact information

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Claims for damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of packaging and product condition

  • Lost or delayed shipments must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier

We will assist with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped

  • Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees

  • Additional transit time

Customers are responsible for all customs-related charges.
