These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Branding Buffalo, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including DTF printing services, DTF gang sheets, and custom DTF transfers. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Branding Buffalo, LLC provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services, including but not limited to:

  • DTF gang sheets

  • Custom DTF transfers by size or layout

  • Related printing services

All services are produced to order based on customer-submitted artwork.

Order Acceptance

  • Orders are not considered accepted until payment is received and files are submitted

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to file issues, production limitations, or policy violations

  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Artwork accuracy, spelling, sizing, and layout

  • Ensuring files meet our File Preparation & Artwork Guidelines

  • Submitting print-ready files

We are not responsible for errors present in customer-supplied artwork.

Production & Turnaround

  • Production is handled Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • A $50 rush fee may be available, subject to approval and workload

Delays caused by incomplete files or late approvals are the customer’s responsibility.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

  • Full payment is required before production begins

  • Rush fees and shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Returns & Refunds

All custom DTF printing orders are final sale. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Refunds or reprints are only issued in cases of verified production errors caused by us.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages caused during shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order ships

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

Limitation of Liability

Branding Buffalo, LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

  • Application errors, pressing mistakes, or improper garment care

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their artwork. By submitting files, you grant us permission to print the artwork solely to fulfill your order. We do not claim ownership or reuse artwork without permission.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
